Seller's obligations Seller agrees that:

Buyer's rights and obligations The buyer is obliged:
The buyer has the right to cancel the order if the seller fails to deliver the goods without a response within seven business days. The buyer is entitled to ( Act No. 367/2000) return the goods within 14 days from receipt for any reason. Returned goods to the seller must be sent by registered mail; returned goods must be sent in the original packaging, complete and undamaged. Goods can be returned to the delivery point; the local retailer will pick up the returned goods. These conditions are to be met by the purchaser or the amount of up to 10 days of receipt of returned goods Binding orders Each order, the buyer confirms (click "Submit Order"), is considered to be a binding order, a trading agreement, to which goods will be delivered. The condition of the electronic order is complete when all the required data is filled in on the order form. Delivery and payment conditions Dispatched goods will be delivered within 14 working due to size-correction of each piece. If a situation arises when the seller is unable to dispatch goods within 14 working days due to the size-correction, the buyer will be contacted immediately and told of the status of his/her order. At this time both parties will agree on how to resolve the delivery.
When accepting a shipment, the buyer must check the status of the shipment and / or completeness. Refuse to accept damaged or incomplete shipments (incomplete and/or damaged shipments must be reported immediately the seller, in order for the seller to write the courier i.e., the Czech Post - a damage report or a record of the damage, and this sent within 24 hours via email to the buyer. If the buyer accepts the shipment from a courier by signing the delivery confirmation, the buyer voids his\her right to refuse the damaged or incomplete shipment.
